Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Direct and manage the activities of our store staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure seamless store operations.
- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop the skills of new staff members to meet the needs of our store.
- Sales and Merchandising: Promote and sell our products effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored, rotated, and replenished.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our store staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Office and Volunteer Support: Provide administrative support to our office and volunteer staff, ensuring that tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
