About the Role
As a Retail Store Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in driving store success by making important decisions that impact business results and developing and empowering your team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage store operations, production, and retail teams to achieve business objectives.
- Make strategic decisions that drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team member engagement.
- Develop and implement plans to improve store performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.
