Administrative Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication and coordination within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming Visitors: Greet individuals and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Information Provision: Offer basic information to clients and the public as needed.
- Customer Service: Obtain and process necessary information to enhance customer service experiences.
- Communication Management: Operate the switchboard or telephone system efficiently.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring all parties are informed.
- Financial Transactions: Send invoices and manage the receipt and issuance of payments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
- Message Relay: Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly.
Applicants should possess:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating switchboards, word processing software, and MS Office applications.
The position requires working at the designated location, with no remote work options available. Candidates should be able to work independently and thrive under pressure.
