We are looking to hire immediately a full time office administrator.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting customers
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Providing price quotes
  • Writing work orders
  • Processing payments
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Filing paperwork

Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Sage 50 an asset
  • Preferred at least 1 year experience in a related position

Pay: $19/hour plus benefits after 3 months

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
