We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at NANAK REALTY SERVICES INC. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence.
  2. Take accountability of tasks such as maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, and onboarding and training new hire realtors.
  3. Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and reports.
  4. Handle office correspondence, including drafting memos and other written communications.
  5. Handle end-to-end transactions by coordinating with multiple vendors.
  6. Responsible for auditing and compiling paperwork.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in office administration in a Real Estate or mortgage office.
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of general office procedures and phone etiquette.
  5. Must have full knowledge of Real Estate and Mortgage or Insurance field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Real Estate License (5+ years).
  2. Mortgage License level-1.
  3. LLQP license.
  4. Retired Real Estate agent willing to work as Office Admin & Trainer.

What We Offer:

Work Location: In person
