About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Math Learning Centre Director to lead our team at Mathnasium of LangleyBC. As a Centre Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, including managing employees, marketing the Mathnasium program, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Centre Operations: Manage and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations in the centre, ensuring a safe and professional learning environment.
  • Team Management: Screen, hire, train, and schedule employees to effectively provide individualized instruction in a group setting via in-centre, online, and/or hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method.
  • Marketing and Sales: Market the Mathnasium program by building school and community relationships, and conduct sales by promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students.
  • Student Success: Administer student assessments, identify learning gaps, and develop customized learning plans to ensure student success.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
  • Centre Performance: Monitor and grow overall centre performance metrics, including profitability and student success.
Requirements
  • Math Competency: Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
  • Customer Relationships: Previous customer relationships and sales experience preferred.
  • Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree, preferred in education, math, or related field.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills.
