Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our trucking team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard and that our fleet is running smoothly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize efficiency.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our trucking team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for our team members.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with our customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the trucking industry
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
