Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload curbside vehicles and trailers, and load line haul trailers to meet pre-scheduled departures
  • Accurately scan, count, and record the number of stops on a truck, and write all premium products while loading
  • Build positive relationships with team members, including couriers, lead hands, and sorters
  • Work with conveyor and roller belts, inside trailers, cargo containers, and package vehicles
  • Adhere to all safety standards and maintain a safe working environment
  • Regularly review and update inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency
Requirements
  • Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Flexible to work additional hours or overtime as needed
  • Able to pass a criminal record check and maintain a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift weights up to 50-70lbs repeatedly
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Steel-toed boots and a valid G license are assets
