Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Ricart Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth flow of supplies and materials between departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain optimization
  • Coordinate activities with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient production and delivery
  • Estimate material and labor requirements for projects, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports, highlighting key milestones and achievements
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Follow up on issues with work orders, resolving conflicts and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Keep track of shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing and service
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
