Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

Cap-City Landscaping Inc is seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of grounds maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop and implement plans for grounds maintenance, including labor and material estimates.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
- Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of grounds maintenance.
- Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
As a Landscaping Supervisor with Cap-City Landscaping Inc, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to maintain a high level of attention to detail and work effectively in a team setting.
