Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at BITTS Testing Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our customer service department and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity, reducing wait times and improving customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to team members.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
