- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary materials are available when needed.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Initiative: Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements.
- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
