About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at BITTS Testing Services Inc. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service delivery and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to customer service representatives to ensure they meet their performance targets.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and initiative.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The language of work is English.
