We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Program Officer to join our Talent Programs team in the HR Branch at the National Research Council Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing advice and guidance on HR programs, policies, and procedures to support the development of leadership skills and capabilities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR programs, policies, and procedures to support the development of leadership skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Senior Advisor to shape decisions and recommendations on HR initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the delivery of HR programs and tools to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement new learning programs and initiatives to support the development of leadership skills and capabilities.
- Manage the corporate function of the learning module in SuccessFactors, including learning content and stakeholder advice.
- Education: Degree from a recognized university in a field relevant to the work to be performed.
- Experience: Experience in providing advice and guidance to managers and/or HR practitioners involving the interpretation and application of HR programs, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Language Requirements: Bilingual Imperative CBC/CBC.
