Position Overview

The role of the Food Service Supervisor at Sitara Indian Cuisine involves overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team to ensure exceptional service and quality.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff regarding their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Prepare and submit relevant reports.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
