Position Overview

The Culinary Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service. This role requires a strong leader who can manage staff effectively while ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and portioning staff.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
