We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to join our team at Namaste Janitorial Service Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our cleaning standards are met.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to improve our cleaning services and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, including payment records and staff expenses.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our cleaning staff to ensure that our facilities are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
