We are looking for a **Part Time Area Supervisor & Cleaner** to join our team for **20-30 hours per week. **The **Area** **Supervisor / Cleaner **will be responsible for supervising a few sites; cleaning sites when needed; maintaining excellent client relationships and managing the work of his/her team. The position reports directly to the Principal / Owner and is an excellent opportunity for the right individual looking for a leadership role within a diverse and growing company.

**Duties**:

- Assigning janitorial duties to team members
- Providing training and guidance to janitorial team members
- Regularly inspecting their work to ensure that established Prioritas standards are being met
- Working alongside janitorial team members to ensure sites are thoroughly cleaned
- Performing all janitorial duties necessary in instances of staff shortages.
- Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to janitorial team members as needed
- Taking inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment and informing leadership when supplies are depleted.
- Assisting with the screening and hiring of new job applicants as required.
- Report any safety or hazard concerns to leadership.

**Skills, Experience, Attributes**:

- 1-2 years of Supervision experience preferable, ideally in commercial or residential cleaning
- **Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience is considered a valuable asset and is preferred but not required**:

- Experience managing the schedules and performance of hourly employees
- Must follow health and safety protocols.
- Must be comfortable and accountable when handling site security policies
- Experience managing the schedules and performance of hourly employees
- Must have a drivers license & must be able to travel to work and be on-time for the start of shifts and for cleaning inspections

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
