Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Bullwheel, Fourth Ace. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items, as well as maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: You will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety protocols.
  • Work Experience: You will have at least 2 years of experience in a restaurant or bar setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Work Setting: You will be willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive and respectful team dynamic.
  • Ranks of Chefs: You will have experience working under the guidance of a Head Chef and be familiar with the ranks of chefs in a kitchen environment.
  • Experience: You will have at least 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
