Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide direction and guidance to a team of cleaning technicians to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Client Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our commercial clients to ensure their cleaning needs are met and exceeded.
- Operations Management: Manage and coordinate the cleaning schedule, resources, and equipment to ensure efficient and effective delivery of cleaning services.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and that our clients are satisfied with the service.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our cleaning technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry.
