Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Potential Customers: Conduct door-to-door sales, presenting telecom products and services in a friendly and persuasive manner.
  • Master Product Knowledge: Learn our telecom offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
  • Generate Leads: Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers through door knocking and networking.
  • Guide Sales Cycles: Lead customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Foster lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referrals.
  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-Motivated with a Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic Knowledge of Telecommunications Products and Services: Familiarity with telecom products and services (training provided).
  • Prior Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Availability: Availability for full-time work (at least 4 days between Mon-Fri).
