Job Title: Office Administrator

Crown Traffic Management Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, and delegate work to office support staff.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry.
  • Training and Supervision: Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 36 hours per week.
