Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Greet clients and visitors, provide basic information, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of our services.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, receive and issue payments, and calculate billing charges.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required. Permanent position available.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
