Banking Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be part of the Investment Support Group Team, responsible for overseeing administrative duties related to client communications. This includes managing and recording client interactions, processing mail, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client communication records and ensure accurate documentation
- Process mail and manage return mail volumes
- Verify data in reports to ensure quality
- Collaborate with the Investment Services team to achieve goals
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a clerical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Office, Teams, Excel)
- Conversational French is an asset
