Position: Branch Operations Manager at 0050 United Rentals of Canada, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive branch operations to maintain safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial success
  • Manage sales efforts and business development initiatives
  • Prepare in-depth reports on financial health and operational metrics
  • Address personnel-related issues and concerns
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • Execute additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business management, including responsibility for profit and loss
  • Strong background in sales and customer service
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with business accounting principles and budgeting
  • Knowledge of the equipment rental sector is advantageous
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
