Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of company offerings to respond to customer questions
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 12 years' experience in a customer service environment
  • Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a commitment to integrity
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new software applications
  • Availability for full-time work
Operational Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
