Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute month-end processes including billing, resident payments, and refunds
  • Play an active role in the collections process
  • Generate financial reports, conduct analyses, and clarify variances in A/R metrics
  • Review billings prepared by various departments and business units
  • Present KPI's with insightful analysis of the data
  • Demonstrate initiative and support collection efforts independently

Required Education & Experience:

  • College Diploma or University Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar capacity (preferably with A/R experience in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with intermediate skills in Excel using formulas and lookups
  • Experience with AR/AP Systems; familiarity with Yardi is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills
