Overview:

The primary function of the Store to Door Logistics Coordinator is to efficiently manage the processing, packaging, and dispatching of orders within the store-to-door initiative, ensuring that all operations adhere to established protocols and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and acknowledge incoming orders, sourcing the necessary items from the inventory or sales area. Prepare shipments by accurately packaging, weighing, and measuring parcels, generating shipping labels, creating invoices, and coordinating handoffs to delivery services. Utilize SAP for processing orders and managing product transfers. Conduct audits of packages against shipping manifests to guarantee precision. Relay information regarding cancellations, split orders, and any order-related issues to the Store to Door team. Manage the ordering and upkeep of packaging and shipping materials. Maintain a clean and organized workspace dedicated to store-to-door operations. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of one year of experience in a retail or service setting is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and surpassing customer expectations. Ability to apply sound judgment and reasoning. A Restricted and Non-Restricted Possession and Acquisition License is necessary; training will be provided if needed. Experience in a relevant field or outdoor lifestyle is advantageous. Familiarity with Cabela's product offerings is a plus.
