**Job Summary**

Brandt is seeking a skilled Parts Specialist to join our team in Saskatoon. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of parts and materials throughout our warehouse and distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in locating required parts and materials, providing accurate pricing and completing online orders in a timely manner.
  • Unload, receive, and store incoming parts and materials in a safe and organized manner, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Locate and ship parts and materials to customers and other branches, ensuring prompt and reliable delivery.
  • Provide support to branch service technicians as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Place inventory stock orders, accurately documenting and reporting all shipping, receiving, and inventory information.
  • Make inventory and bin adjustments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Operate parts and warehousing equipment, as well as computer systems, to efficiently manage inventory and fulfill customer orders.

Requirements:

  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of the parts/warehousing trade, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the parts industry, with a solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills.
  • Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset, demonstrating a high level of expertise and commitment to the trade.
