Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Order Picker to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fills, checks, and packs orders using a pallet jack and headset system throughout the warehouse, selecting items from floor stock to assemble on pallets for transportation to local Co-ops.
  • May work in the freezer in below-zero temperatures, with PPE and premium pay provided.
  • Follows safety procedures and PPE requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Performs repetitive physical work, including bending, lifting, and reaching, as required.
  • Maintains a clean and organized shipping and receiving area through regular housekeeping duties.
  • Works a variety of shifts, including Sunday-Thursday, 1:30pm-10:00pm, Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, and Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 7:00am-3:30pm.
Requirements
  • Verbal communication skills and comfort using a headset.
  • Ability to work in the freezer when required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a focus on building relationships and valuing the perspectives of others.
