Job Overview

As a Client Service Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their security needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Oversee the execution of client contracts, ensuring compliance with all obligations and regulations
  • Proactively manage client and external stakeholder expectations, ensuring timely and effective service delivery
  • Lead a team of security professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive profitability and efficiency
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Paladin's Occupational Health and Safety program, ensuring compliance and best practices
  • Collaborate with the security team to develop and implement emergency management plans, ensuring effective incident response and resolution

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Security Management, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years managerial experience, with a proven track record of progressive responsibilities and achievements
  • Strong understanding of security regulations and industry standards, with a focus on healthcare security
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery
