Demolition Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demolition Foreman/Woman to join our team at Binners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of demolition projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Coordinate with project supervisors and managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Site Management
- Oversee the daily operations of demolition sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor and control site activities, including equipment operation and personnel management.
- Technical Expertise
- Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel on demolition techniques and best practices.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of site personnel to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance site personnel skills and knowledge.
- Communication and Reporting
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in demolition or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, safety protocols, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in CADD and other computer software systems.
- Work Environment
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced demolition environment.
- Work Schedule
- 35 hours per week.
