Demolition Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Demolition Foreman/Woman to join our team at Binners. As a key member of our demolition team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of demolition projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of demolition workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure project success.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all demolition work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, using your technical expertise and judgment to find creative solutions.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that value is added to the project.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in demolition or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
