Demolition Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Demolition Foreman/Woman to join our team at Binners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient execution of demolition projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Coordinate with project supervisors and managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Site Management
- Oversee the daily operations of demolition sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor and control site activities, including equipment operation and personnel management.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of demolition workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Communication and Reporting
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in demolition or a related field
- Skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Work Schedule
- 35 hours per week
