Position SummaryThe Rental Agent plays a crucial role in the operations of the Cinelease branch. This position involves addressing customer inquiries regarding products and services, processing rental transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with daily equipment requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate delivery and pickup logistics.
- Communicate effectively with the Shop Foreman regarding equipment movement details.
- Maintain accurate and detailed show files across various categories.
- Process sub-rentals, manage incoming and outgoing orders, and handle contracts and reports for missing or damaged items.
- Ensure timely processing and forwarding of contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation to the Accounting department.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing stress effectively.
- Facilitate sub-renting and purchasing of equipment as necessary.
- Accurately process purchase orders and negotiate favorable pricing with vendors.
- Utilize the RTPRO program for inventory and order management.
- Assist with annual inventory assessments.
- Contribute to the training of new Rental Agents.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and system management.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Effective listening and communication skills.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000.
