We are a specialty shop dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a wide selection of high-end wedding dresses. Our team is passionate about helping brides find their perfect gown, and we are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable sales consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process sales transactions and handle customer payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Offer personalized guidance to customers on selecting the perfect wedding dress, taking into account their style, budget, and preferences.
  • Advertise and Promote Products: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our luxury wedding gowns and attract new customers.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Assist in Display of Merchandise: Help to create visually appealing displays of our wedding dresses, ensuring that they are showcased in the best possible light.
  • Conduct Sales Transactions Online: Process sales transactions through our e-commerce platform, ensuring that all online sales are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Greet Customers and Discuss Merchandise: Welcome customers and engage with them to discuss their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and guidance.
  • Prepare Merchandise for Purchase: Ensure that all wedding dresses are properly prepared for sale, including steaming, cleaning, and displaying.
  • Art or Fashion Design Experience:
    • Accessories: Knowledge of high-end accessories, including jewelry, veils, and other wedding day essentials.
    • High Fashion - Haute Couture: Understanding of high-end fashion trends and the ability to advise customers on the latest styles and designs.
    • Women's Clothing: Knowledge of women's fashion, including wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and other formal wear.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Specialty shop.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 20 to 35 hours per week.
