Offers continuous coaching and training to improve individual sales techniques, behaviors, and operational processes.Analysis and Decision-Making
Oversees store payroll to ensure compliance with the monthly budget, accurately tracking and approving timesheets for all employees during scheduled shifts, breaks, and meals. Aids in steering the store towards achieving Total Monthly Income (TMI) targets consistently by implementing foundational excellence and performance-driven leadership across all departments. Supervises inventory management, special orders, receiving protocols, layaway processes, and ensures that all merchandise meets first-quality standards.Performance Management
Communicates daily sales objectives to all team members and drives accountability through regular check-ins. Evaluates individual team member performance and enforces improvement plans through weekly performance reviews, utilizing customer feedback and evaluations. Assists in cultivating a robust talent pipeline, ensuring the store is adequately staffed to meet all hiring goals and filling vacancies promptly. Performs additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Two to four years of prior experience in retail management within an apparel or specialty store environment. Familiarity with computerized Point of Sale (POS) systems. Work Schedule and Physical Requirements:
Full-time hours, Sunday through Saturday, totaling 40 hours per week.
While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; reach for tools and objects with hands and arms; climb stairs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and communicate with customers. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. The employee must have the ability to see up close and at a distance, as well as utilize peripheral vision and depth perception, and be able to look at, read, and use a computer and other electronic devices for prolonged periods.
