Contract Position:
This role is offered on a contractual basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operational management team and collaborate with the operations staff on a daily basis.
- Serve as a point of contact between the operations team and external stakeholders, including clients and logistics providers.
- Ensure the timely execution of all operational tasks, such as logistics management, inventory control, and customer service interactions, as well as any additional responsibilities assigned by the operations coordinator.
- Document and prioritize all special requests, ensuring they are processed promptly.
- Encourage transparent communication by delivering accurate and concise information.
- Keep the Operations Manager informed about any concerns or issues that arise.
- Conduct daily operations in a safe and responsible manner.
Accountability Metrics:
- Meet operational targets related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management as per established benchmarks.
- Provide administrative assistance for daily operational tasks.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal and external contacts, including the operations management and warehouse teams.
- Ensure that all team members are kept informed and updated.
Collaborative Relationships:
- Operations Manager
- Director of Operations
- Warehouse Supervisors and Operational Staff
- All Warehouse Associates
- Internal Teams (Logistics, Customer Service, Credit, Marketing, and Sales)
- External Partners (Logistics Providers, Vendors, and Clients)
