Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at ANYTIME METALS LTD. as an Operations Coordinator. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff members.
- Operations Coordination
- Assist in the planning and implementation of office operations, including budgeting and inventory management.
- Coordinate office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Communication and Reporting
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Supervision
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
- Experience and Qualifications
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Bachelor's degree.
