About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at ANYTIME METALS LTD. as an Operations Coordinator. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff members.
  • Operations Coordination
    • Assist in the planning and implementation of office operations, including budgeting and inventory management.
    • Coordinate office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
    • Bachelor's degree.
