Administrative Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Express Elevators & Lifts Inc. as an Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing reports.
- Train staff on new procedures and technologies.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures.
- 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
