Claims Processing Specialist

Position Overview
Edmonton Kenworth Ltd. is seeking a Claims Processing Specialist to provide essential administrative support at our operations. This role involves managing warranty claims, tracking their progress, and ensuring accurate entry and coding of repair orders.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate, organize, and monitor warranty claims while maintaining precision in all related documentation.
• Collect relevant information for status updates to be communicated to suppliers.
• Revise claims, update information, and process invoices as necessary.
• Accurately code all claim entries and ensure thorough data entry for warranty claims and status reports.
• Maintain an organized filing system and ensure all documentation is filed weekly.
• Operate the REM storage unit and manage core returns efficiently.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- A minimum of one year of experience in warranty claims, preferably within the trucking sector.
- Proven data entry capabilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Employment Type
This position is a Permanent Full-Time role.
