Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Real Blinds. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are adequately trained to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they meet our high standards.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage our store's finances effectively.
- Order merchandise and manage our inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that our store is well-staffed at all times.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain our store's inventory, ensuring that it is accurately stocked and easily accessible to customers.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
English
