About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Kolani Kitchens and Baths Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and mentor a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Assign tasks and duties to staff members to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
    • Ensure that the store is always well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets company standards.
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multitask and work independently
