About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at ONLY PASTA INC. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, manage store schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach staff to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
