- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Informatics, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years in architecture roles.
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF and Zachman.
- Experience with SDLC, DevOps, Agile, and LEAN methodologies.
- Proven knowledge of the Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or financial services and insurance sector.
