We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ONENESS HOME CONSTRUCTION INC. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our construction projects.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of company resources.

  • Meeting Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Office Operations: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure prompt communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business operations.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to maintain a productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Windows, MS Office, and electronic mail.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, accuracy, time management, and due diligence.
