About the Position

The Carrington Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting and facilitating the new homes sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new residential homes to potential customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for visitors to our show homes and spec homes
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, as laid out by the company
  • Attend sales meetings to stay informed, receive direction, and participate in continuous improvement of sales strategies and team mentorship
  • Ensure the company cell phone is answered during business hours
  • Operate the Sales Center during all designated hours
  • Engage in the sales and marketing process to drive business growth
  • Register all sales center visitors in our CRM system and manage customer opportunities
  • Demonstrate the unique selling propositions and advantages of Bedrock Homes Limited
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One or more years of direct sales experience, preferably in new home sales
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales target achievement
  • Intermediate computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office
  • A valid class five driver's license and reliable transportation
