Drive Membership Growth as a Fitness Sales Specialist

We're seeking a passionate and driven Fitness Sales Specialist to join our team at SoulCycle. In this role, you'll be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential members, showcasing the transformative power of SoulCycle, and guiding them towards achieving their fitness goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective members, understanding their needs and aspirations to recommend tailored SoulCycle experiences.
  • Present the unique benefits of our classes and community, fostering excitement and enthusiasm for the SoulCycle brand.
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively converting leads into loyal members.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages member retention.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fitness or wellness industry.
  • A genuine passion for health and fitness, with a deep understanding of the SoulCycle philosophy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with potential members.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
