As an Assistant Studio Manager, your role will be pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, generating excitement, and attracting new members to your studio's community. Acting as the Studio Manager's trusted partner, you will familiarize yourself with operational procedures, build relationships with members, support your manager in their absence, and work together to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in leading and managing sales team members
• Provide outstanding and personalized service to all members
• Conduct studio tours and effectively communicate our offerings
• Achieve and surpass all essential sales performance metrics
• Develop and maintain a successful referral program
• Keep precise records utilizing established systems
• Handle phone inquiries and perform follow-up customer care calls
• Welcome and engage with members and guests in a positive manner
• Address member requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly
• Collaborate closely with the head coach and fitness team to ensure an exceptional member experience
• Ensure the studio remains clean and well-maintained at all times
• Create engaging content and manage social media schedules
• Conduct member check-ins
• Organize and execute events for members and staff
• Represent the Orangetheory brand positively
• Lead community engagement initiatives
