As the Assistant Studio Manager, your role will be pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, generating excitement, and attracting members to your studio. You will work closely with the Studio Manager, learning the intricacies of studio operations while building relationships with members, stepping in during the manager's absence, and leveraging each other's strengths to achieve and exceed objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing and guiding sales personnel
• Provide outstanding and personalized service to all members
• Conduct studio tours and effectively communicate our offerings
• Achieve and surpass key performance sales metrics
• Develop and maintain a successful referral program
• Keep precise records using established systems
• Handle phone inquiries and perform follow-up customer care calls
• Welcome and engage with members and guests in a positive manner
• Address member requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly
• Collaborate closely with the head coach and fitness team to ensure an exceptional member experience
• Ensure the studio remains clean and organized at all times
• Create engaging content and manage social media schedules
• Conduct member check-ins
• Organize and execute events for members and staff
• Represent the Orangetheory brand positively
• Lead community engagement initiatives
